Agreement

These Legal Terms/Terms and Conditions are legally binding between you and Homswag Salon at Home, concerning your access to and use of Services. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

These terms include our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines/policies published by us from time to time.

1. Our Services

• We provide salon-related home services such as haircut, hair colour, waxing facials, pedicure, manicure, massage, etc.
• Services are provided through our platform with independent third-party professionals for personal, non-commercial use.
• Users accessing services from other jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. General Terms

By using the app/site, users acknowledge, understand and agree to abide by these terms.

• Appointments are subject to service and time-slot availability.
• If a provider is delayed, the maximum responsibility is rescheduling to the next available slot.
• Any untruthful or outdated profile information can result in suspension or termination of account access.
• Changes to these legal terms take effect once published on app or site.
• Account remains valid for lifetime post registration unless terminated under these terms.

3. USER REGISTRATION

Registration requires valid name, email, mobile number, and address. Passwords must be kept confidential and account security is the user's responsibility.

4. USER DATA

• We may collect and use your data in accordance with applicable law.
• Information may be shared with service providers to deliver appointments.
• Information may be used for marketing and promotional communication.
• Data may be stored for operational records and backups.

5. USER REPRESENTATION

You represent and warrant that:

• All submitted information is true, accurate, current and complete.
• You have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
• You will not use the services for illegal activity.
• You are not a minor in your jurisdiction.

6. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

If users submit content, they must ensure it is lawful, not spammy, not abusive, and does not infringe others' rights.

7. USE OF OUR SERVICES

Subject to these terms, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access services and download or print authorized content for personal, non-commercial use.

• No part of the services may be copied, sold, republished, or exploited commercially without permission.
• Requests for other uses of Content, marks, or services should be sent to care@homswag.com.
• Use of services, content and marks outside these permissions is prohibited.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All software, databases, website design, content, trademarks, and other marks shown in our services are protected by intellectual property laws and provided for personal use only.

10. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

Areas may be available for reviews and ratings. Reviews may be moderated in line with these legal terms.

11. TERMS AND TERMINATION

These terms remain in force while you use the services. We may deny access, block IPs, or terminate accounts/suspended use for breaches or legal violations.

You may be prohibited from creating new accounts under false or borrowed identities if terminated.

13. PRIVACY POLICY
